Spinach, eggs, cucumber, strawberry and avocado salad with a homemade dressing (recipe below). This salad is a great meal supplement, snack or you can add chicken for a high protein packed meal to pack on that muscle! Being healthy doesn’t have to taste bad or take long. Recipe : Simple but tasty dressing
– 1 lemon
– 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
– salt / pepper to taste
– 1/2 tablespoon of grated ginger
Add grated ginger, zest and juice of one lemon into a bowl. Slowly whisk in Olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste! Enjoy
