You are what you consume!

Keeping healthy snacks in your purse, desk and even car can help you when those dreaded cravings kick in. Veggie sticks, trail mix, yogurt, tuna, hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, water and many others are all portable, healthy and tasty. Remember just because your trying to lose weight or gain muscle, you are what you consume. So be mindful of what you are putting into your body.
