Evening Workout Sessions

Evening workouts sometimes are the best. Go to bed feeling like you accomplished your goals, go to bed relaxed after a hot shower as your muscle relax, and wake up feeling ready to go. This quick workout is intense but it’s worth the results. Put the kids to bed, Throw on your headphones and get to work!

Note: please allow yourself an hour and a 1/2 to whine down after the workout. After reflect, shower and meditate.

Quick evening blow workout

Super set

⁃ calf raises

⁃ Arm curls

⁃ 4 x 50

Super set

⁃ sumo squats 6 x 50

⁃ 45 second planks (6)
