Mango: alkaline fruit, boost immune system, Rich in vitamin A and C, prevents cancer, healthy sex life

Ginger: powerful anti-inflammatory, treats nausea, reduce aches and pains, fights cancer, improve brain function,

Apples: rich in antioxidants, heart health, improve cholesterol, and fights against breast cancer

Keeping your body alkalized is a major key to living a FYNE life. Being alkalized means your body’s ph level is higher than your acid level. Your body tries to have a Ph level of 7.5 and higher however with poor diet, genetics (though this can be altered through healthy eating and education), lack of fitness, lack of knowledge/resources and a few other things reaching that 7.5 and higher goal is hard.

I personally suffer from stomach issues and fibromyalgia; this lets me know I must work hard to be alkalized. Eating fruits like mango, drinking alkaline water, incorporating ginger into meals and exercises helps keep my system at ease. During flare ups I make sure I double my intake of ginger, alkaline water and fruits/veggies and also workout. It’s hard working out when you don’t feel well. But even light cardio or yoga Is better then nothing.
