Tummy Tight

It’s hard for me at times to keep my stomach flat. Not just because I love to eat, but because I battle with health issues. Having fibromyalgia and other chronic health issues has taught me many things but most importantly, that they are all centered around the same things, my diet, exercise and mindset.

In order for my body to heal itself, reduce flare ups and increase gains is to eat right, increase my energy/exercise and staying positive. Here are some of my tummy tricks and tips:

Flat tummy tips:

1. Take a probiotic

2. Limit carb intake

3. planks daily

4. Cardio

5. Green tea with ginger

6. Reduce stress, stress and anxiety can cause bloating and chronic health issues such as fibromyalgia, lupus, gastrointestinal issues, cancer and much.

7. No fatty foods after 9pm

8. Morning and evening abs workout 🏋️‍♀️

9. Meditation 🧘‍♀️ and yoga 🧘‍♂️
