If you work 7-4 or even 9-5 when it hits about 10 am you feel those hunger pains. You tell yourself you just ate 3 hours ago, but your body is low on energy and kicking you for it. FEED ME! Is what you hear your stomach say, while your mind says “hold on for another 2 hours”… stop fighting and grab a snack.
I try to keep snacks like these on hand to curve that hungry, keep me on my regiment, and to carry me to lunch time. A snack doesn’t have to be super healthy or super filling just packing with vitamins, energy and protein.
Other good snack choices are:

– Boiled eggs
– KIND bars
