Detox Wednesday

Here are a few items that most of us have in

our homes that are amazing for detoxing.

– ginger

– parsley

– cayenne pepper

– lemon juice

You can make quick detox shots by placing water, ginger,cayenne & parsley into a mason jar. I’d let it sit for at least an hour (over night is better) and enjoy a shot a day for 7 days. Followed by 2 glasses of water for a better effect.

A great detox if you need to clean your system, staying fit, it also gets your energy pumping. Try it with me!

FYI : the taste isn’t fantastic but don’t let stop you! It’s just a shot, think of all the things you put into your body such as pills, alcohol, certain foods and other substances that don’t always taste so good. This one shot can clean that out and have you feeling energized!

Remember everything in moderation.
