Toning Tuesday

Hi everyone I hope you applied last weeks love Monday’s concept yesterday and had a wonderful day. 

Today is toning Tuesday! I don’t care if you have work, kids and clsss, take 30 minutes and time up your foundation. Combine the concepts of FYNE: fitness, yoga, nutrition and energy! It’s easy with practice. Here are some tips:

– hold yoga positions longer

– add leg and hand weights when working out & doing yoga

– try a smoothie

– very important meditate before and after your  done

Power to your mind and body!
