We all get sick, sometimes so sick we have to skip work and even the family outing to repair our bodies. (Currently I’m sick, and had to miss work, sigh)
But the bright side isn’t missing work, but it’s I can still get FYNE. There are many options to help you get moving, feeling better and ready to concur tomorrow. (Now don’t get me wrong I know you probably hurting, nose is running like mine and can barely walk…. but bear me out)
Why not mass the pain with positive energy and fuel.
– For breakfast try eating grits or oatmeal to warm you up and settle your stomach (add bananas, blueberries, strawberries and flax seeds for an even healthier meal).
– For those who can’t (or can) eat try warm ginger and lemon tea to soothe your throat. For those body aches add a dash or tummeic to any of your meals.
– For lunch try your favorite soup, add your own twist by adding fresh herbs.
– Read your favorite book
– Do a light workout, meditate and balance those chakras (focus on the chakras that cater to your pain and congestion.
