I have put together routines, tips, tricks and fun activities that you easily add to the your day to day routine. Once I mastered these, time management, complex task and even just sleep came easier and possible. The road isnt always easy, I have chronic health issues, I am expecting a child and I am a hard working woman; but I needed something to help me battle each day.
