Lettuces is boring alone but when you add tomatoes, onion, bacon, eggs and your favorite dressing you have now constructed something nutritious, tasty and satisfying.
My biggest pet peeve on food regiments is not being satisfied. There are many amazing no salt seasons and healthy alternatives to the things we love. For instance turkey bacon, don’t knock it till you try it. It’s good and better for you (but a little piece of the real thing in moderation doesn’t hurt either).
No matter what you eat always know food must be balanced with proper water intake and exercise. Try this amazing salad, add raisins and or strawberries for a sweet component. Add croutons for something crunchy and if you like zesty try Italian dressing.
