Salmon, Greens & Rice
A great meal for any night of the week. Quick, healthy and delicious dinner to sit around with your friends, family and or a quiet evening with yourself.
While sharing laughs you are boosting your heart health, immune system, getting a good source of protein, reducing heart disease and much more. Did I mention it taste good!
Now I can't give you every step; but I can tell you
Tip 1: buying your fish fresh is best. You can even get them cut, deboned, and portioned.
Tip 2: salmon takes on the flavors you add, but don't over power it. Little lemon, an herb, salt and pepper and you are all set
Tip 3: greens take a while to cook, but you can substitute them for broccoli, a small salad; anything you like.
Tip 4: Same with the rice you can substitute it, but having a gain is very important, helps with digestion, heart health and more.
