I’ve always loved being healthy, working out and looking my best. Having major health issues and wanting to live life to its fullest had me researching alternatives to be and stay healthy outside of pills and treatments.
I stumbled upon Chakra balance.
The purpose of doing Chakra is being and staying balanced. I have combined it with workouts and yoga creating a euphoric feeling and epic results. Doing these exercises twice a day, has me more focused, brought more positive energy into my life and has me way more centered.
Being centered is a major key in being and having success. Success in relationships, business, work and even your home life is very important.
Stop waking up angry, going through the day upset and going to bed angry. Start taking 15 minutes out the day to get centered.

The seven Chakras are:
Root chakra — base of the spine — red
Sacral chakra — just below the navel — orange
Solar Plexus chakra — stomach area — yellow
Heart chakra — center of the chest — green
Throat chakra — base of the throat — blue
Third Eye chakra — forehead, just above area between the eyes — indigo
Crown chakra — top of the head — violet
Grab you a yoga mate still music and a peaceful area and start centering yourself. Sit with your eyes closed, legs crossed Indian style on the floor, posture straight and focus on each Chakra.
